Add to Chrome from the Chrome Web Store
Click Add to Chrome on the Chrome Web Store page. Confirm when prompted — the extension installs in seconds.
Pin the extension
Click the puzzle icon in Chrome's toolbar and pin SnapDown so it's always visible.
Open any Instagram post
Go to instagram.com, open any post or reel, and you'll see a purple "SnapDown" download button. Click it to download!

Install from source (developers)
Download from GitHub, extract the ZIP, open chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, then "Load unpacked" and select the apps/extension folder.
